Virtual Machine (e.g. VMWare) are only supported in the Full
version of Monitor, not on evaluation versions.
Upgrading to a more recent version (it takes only a few minutes since only the
code on the monitoring workstation has to be upgraded)
Make sure you are entitled to use a new version. Customers with a valid
Maintenance contract can download and use new intermediate versions (E.g. 9.1
to 9.2). Major version upgrades (E.g. 8.3.1 to 9.0) are valid only with the
Maintenance Plus contract covering Major upgrades. Unauthorized use of a new
version will switch the software back to evaluation mode.

Browser used to access Web Enabler applet:
Successfully tested on IE (up to V8) and Firefox (up to V3).
Warning: there's a known issue in the version 1.6.x of the Sun JRE,
preventing the refresh of the Web Enabler configuration. Here's the Sun

This problem is fixed in version 1.7 of the Sun JRE ... but as of today it's
still in Beta version ! :-/
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
1) Open Java Control Panel
2) Go to Settings and turn off the option "Keep temporary files on my
computer.".
3) Close the control pane and reload the applet in a new browser.
